Your safety and the safety of our employees is our greatest concern. We have implemented the following practices that will help keep everyone safe while out on their adventure.
Kayak Rentals: (King William and Downtown Riverwalk locations)
- Employees (that are not current on their COVID-19 vaccinations) are required to wear masks at all times. Those employees that are fully vaccinated are not required to wear masks..
- Because of the Governor's orders, we can not legally mandate mask be work by our clients when they are outdoors. If you choose to wear masks or not, you will be welcomed. Both King William and the Riverwalk locations are outdoors and social distancing is easily maintained.
- Reservations are limited to 12 people per time slot. This enables us to maintain social distancing while clients are checking-in and getting on to the river.
Kayak Tours & Trips:
- Both employees and clients that are not current on their COVID-19 vaccinations are required to wear masks while in the shuttle van.
- Masks are NOT required when checking in, hauling kayaks nor while on the river.
- If you choose to wear your mask during check-in, on the shuttle and while hauling kayaks that is fine.
Bike Tours:
- Clients are required to bring mask with them because the missions and all of the churches require mask to be worn when entering any info buildings. The missions are national monuments and follow the presidential order regarding face masks.
- Masks do NOT have to be worn while riding the bikes nor while walking on the Mission grounds.
- All bikes, helmets and earpieces are sanitized after ever tour.
Mission Van Tours: (closed at the time)
- Both employees and clients that are not current on their COVID-19 vaccinations are required to wear masks while in the shuttle van.
